Well I found a way (maybe not the ultimate but simple and good) to fix sIFR vertical streching in Internet Explorer 9,
is quite simple follow these steps:
I will use Jquery to detect browser version.
in sifr-config.js add :

If you experienced a forced feed subscritpion I’ve found a quick and simple solution.
